Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please CALL US at 602-931-9180 at least 72 hours prior to your appointment. All cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance will not receive a refund for deposit and/or payment, and will only be able to reschedule for a future date. If a future service date is not agreed upon within 30 days, the deposit or payment will not be refunded. Any bookings made less than 72 hours in advance (i.e., bookings made one or two days prior to service) will not be refunded if you cancel. Cancellations made by us will be refunded completely and in full as quickly as possible allowing for bank processing time. This is usually less than 5 business days. If you have any questions, please contact us and we will work with you to get your refund as fast as possible. Rescheduling done by us and not by you will occur only due to non-availability of staff, weather, road conditions, or other reasons beyond our control, and we will reschedule you at the earliest mutual available date. If we need to reschedule, and no mutually available date can be booked within 30 days, your deposit and/or payment will be fully refunded as above.
